Begin your regimen with one capsule and gradually increase to six capsules per day over six days: 2 red capsules (fruit), 2 green capsules (vegetables), and 2 purple capsules (berries). Always consume the capsules with a large glass of water, approximately half an hour before meals, to ensure they travel directly to the intestines via an empty stomach. Use a small amount of water for rinsing.

It is important to swallow the capsules with liquid to avoid them sticking in the esophagus.
